Chris Paradysz

Co-Chief Executive Officer, Paradysz + PM Digital

Chris Paradysz is co-founder of Paradysz + PM Digital and serves as co-chief executive officer of the company. Chris co-founded Paradysz in 1990 and PM Digital in 2001. He is responsible for the strategic leadership and growth of both companies, and under his direction, Paradysz + PM Digital has grown into a comprehensive and integrated marketing organization with prominent clients across all major industry sectors, including leading brands in retail, nonprofit, technology, publishing, B2B and financial services. 

In addition to his client work, Chris is an industry leader, demonstrated by his involvement in the Direct Marketing Association, MarketingEdge, ACMA, DMA Nonprofit Federation, and SEMPO. He also serves on the board of the SLE Lupus Foundation and its executive council.

Chris devotes a large portion of his time developing talent and helping to shape the strategic skills of the organization. Particularly with a demand for innovation and risk-taking, he is leading the company’s curriculum and investments in generating new capabilities both for internal and client access.

Michael Cousineau

Co-Chief Executive Officer, Paradysz + PM Digital

Mike has been with Paradysz since 1994 and brings deep marketing experience to the company. At Paradysz, Mr. Cousineau is responsible for strategic leadership, development and growth of the corporate entity and its business units. Under his leadership the company has become one of the largest and most respected independent marketing services agencies in North America. Mr. Cousineau launched his career at The Fingerhut Companies (C.O.M.B. division), then transitioned to Novus Print Media, where he spent eight years as a senior vice president, as well as part of a management team that built the company to $40 million in sales. He then started his own marketing firm, Cousineau and Associates, which he ran for three years in partnership with Paradysz. In 1997, he fully integrated the company into Paradysz, thus forming the Minneapolis Paradysz office. Mr. Cousineau is a member of the Direct Marketing Association and has served on several boards including the Alexander Graham Bell Association and the Children’s Cancer Research Fund and currently serves on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Keisha Brescia

Chief Operating Officer, Paradysz + PM Digital

Keisha Brescia is responsible for all Finance, HR, Technology and Business Operations for this almost 300 person agency across nine offices. With an adept capability in restructuring businesses to improve profitability, efficiency, and generate consistent margins, Keisha’s goals are grounded in a deep need to institutionalize efficient processes. Prior to Paradysz, Keisha was part of the leadership team for the start-up of a full service digital marketing agency, Zeta Interactive. She was instrumental in securing $48 million in private equity to build the organization through the acquisition of 5 entities over 4.5 years, growing the business to a staff of 375 employees worldwide and generating billings of $70 million annually. Keisha managed corporate finances, operations and reporting and partnered with the CEO to work directly with the Board of the Directors. Prior to Zeta Interactive Keisha held senior management and consulting roles at Ziff Davis, Bigfoot Interactive and Epsilon. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, State New York since 2003.

Mary Beth Keelty

Chief Marketing Officer, Paradysz + PM Digital

With over 18 years of experience, Mary Beth Keelty currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Paradysz + PM Digital. In this role, Mary Beth is responsible for the manifestation of the agency’s brand and go-to-market positioning, communications, marketing programs and business development support. Previously, Mary Beth served as the Vice President of National Marketing for Century 21 Real Estate, the world's largest residential real estate sales organization, where she managed a $40+ million budget, with a specific focus on the integration of online and offline marketing and advertising programs. She is also the former Vice President of Brand and Group Marketing at Epsilon, where she oversaw multiple solution launches and several M&A brand integrations, including the acquisition of leading email providers Bigfoot Interactive and DoubleClick. Prior, she held a variety of senior marketing positions at Fujitsu focused on re-branding efforts and the development of global centers of excellence.

Sloan Seymour

Executive Vice President, Business Development, Paradysz + PM Digital

Sloan has more than 20 years of sales and business management experience in a wide range of B-to-B and B-to-C sectors. With a proven track record of building online media and marketing companies, Sloan works as Paradysz + PM Digital’s EVP of New Business Development to partner with leading brands and help them grow their business. Formerly the Senior Vice President of Marchex, Inc., Sloan contributed to the company’s rapid growth in online and call based marketing solutions. As President of Ziff-Davis Enterprise he led the transformation from a traditional publisher to a leader in digital media and marketing services. Sloan launched, built, and led many leading technology media brands and services including eWeek, Web Buyers Guide, PC Magazine, Baseline, and CIOInsight.
