Chris Paradysz

Chief Executive Officer, Paradysz & PM Digital

Chris Paradysz is founder of Paradysz and PM Digital, and serves as chief executive officer of PM Digital. Mr. Paradysz founded Paradysz in 1990 and PM Digital in 2001. He is responsible for the strategic leadership and growth of both companies, and under his leadership, Paradysz has grown into a comprehensive media services company with a variety of prominent clients across all major industry sectors. Similarly, PM Digital has become a leading Internet marketing services company for numerous industries, including retail, nonprofit, publishing, B2B and financial services. In addition to his client work, Mr. Paradysz is an industry leader, demonstrated by his involvement in the Direct Marketing Association, American Catalog Mailers Association, DMA Nonprofit Federation, List Leaders and SEMPO. He also serves on the board of the SLE Lupus Foundation and its executive council.


Michael Cousineau

Chief Executive Officer, Paradysz & PM Digital

Mike has been with Paradysz since 1994 and brings deep marketing experience to the company. At Paradysz, Mr. Cousineau is responsible for strategic leadership, development and growth of the corporate entity and its business units. Under his leadership the company has become one of the largest and most respected independent marketing services agencies in North America. Mr. Cousineau launched his career at The Fingerhut Companies (C.O.M.B. division), then transitioned to Novus Print Media, where he spent eight years as a senior vice president, as well as part of a management team that built the company to $40 million in sales. He then started his own marketing firm, Cousineau and Associates, which he ran for three years in partnership with Paradysz. In 1997, he fully integrated the company into Paradysz, thus forming the Minneapolis Paradysz office. Mr. Cousineau is a member of the Direct Marketing Association and has served on several boards including the Alexander Graham Bell Association and the Children’s Cancer Research Fund and currently serves on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.


Jeffrey Cohen

Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer, PM Digital

As chief information officer and chief technology officer of PM Digital, Jeffrey Cohen ensures that the company’s technical resources and capabilities properly align with client needs—as well as the account management teams supporting those clients. Mr. Cohen joined PM Digital in 1990 and oversees continuing efforts to technically improve the company’s product and services offerings. Prior to coming to Paradysz, Jeffrey was a senior network specialist at Time Inc. Magazine Corp., where he was responsible for implementing and maintaining one of the first large-scale PC networks within Time Inc.

 

Rob Stagno

President, Paradysz

Rob Stagno joined Paradysz in October 2009 as president of Paradysz, and now leads the growth of the company’s data services, MergeScience™ data processing and suite of modeling applications. Prior to Paradysz, Mr. Stagno managed marketing communications and CRM as a general manager at Microsoft. He has also held various senior-level direct marketing positions at IBM and Publisher’s Clearing House. Mr. Stagno holds a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing from Adelphi University and an MBA from State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.

 


Charles Teller

Executive Vice President, Relationship Management, Paradysz

Charles Teller is Exeuctive Vice President, Relationship Management at Paradysz, and first joined the company in 1990. Mr. Teller has 24 years of experience in direct marketing, working on both the mailer and service sides of the industry. Prior to Paradysz, he began his direct marketing career at Boardroom, Inc., a New York-based consumer book and newsletter publisher. Mr. Teller has been on the media side of the business for nearly 20 years, collaborating with a diverse clientele, including Forbes, Vonage, The Nation, American Cancer Society, Dow Jones, National Wildlife Federation and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. He is a member of the New York Direct Marketing Club, Circulation Council, List/Database Council and the charter Fast Forward task force.

 


John Ernst

Chief Strategy Officer, Paradysz

John is Chief Strategy Officer of Paradysz. He has almost 20 years in the media business, starting his career at Novus Marketing and spending the last 14 at Paradysz. John leads a number of the direct mail client teams and provides strategic counsel to a number of major nonprofit and merchandise clients. He is also a member of the Midwest Direct Marketing Association, the DMA Nonprofit Federation, the National Catholic Development Conference, and is a regular speaker at the nonprofit conferences in NY and DC.

 


Michael Flanagan

President, PM Digital

As president of PM Digital, Mr. Flanagan is responsible for overseeing and leading the division’s various existing business units and account teams, as well as the agency’s ongoing focus on operational excellence required to meet the evolving needs of clients. Mike’s combination of business management and strategy enables the agency to build on past successes and expand PM Digital’s abilities for clients. In his former position as chief financial officer of Paradysz, Mr. Flanagan provided senior leadership to the areas of finance, operations, and accounting. Mr. Flanagan joined Paradysz as a twenty-year veteran, having held C-level and President positions with TMP Directional Marketing and Monster Worldwide. His keen ability to optimize market potential and profit through strategy and finance contributes to his successful track record working with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial organizations, and private equity businesses. Mr. Flanagan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Providence College, and earned his MBA at Columbia Business School in 2000.

 


Suzy Sandberg

President, Global Digital Media, PM Digital

Suzy Sandberg leads PM Digital's expansion into display and mobile, as well as the agency's international footprint. Ms. Sandberg joined PM Digital in 1995 as president, and helped Chris Paradysz launch the company in 2001. At PM Digital, Ms. Sandberg’s leadership guides the company’s best-in-class client service, product development and service-offering expansion efforts based on marketplace changes and demands. Prior to PM Digital, Ms. Sandberg held direct marketing jobs at MCI, Chase Manhattan Bank, Newsweek and Time Inc. in product management and circulation capacities.
