We’re looking for a Client Services Account Manager to join our Direct Mail Client Services team who is proactive, passionate, and possess both analytical and relational skills and the desire to achieve ultimate customer service satisfaction through complete project management.
Direct mail / media / marketing agency experience is a plus. The Client Services Account Manager will participate in customer service, Client Services Account Manager, marketing, and media planning functions including:
Development and management of media marketing plan
Serve as a client service account management in oversight of client and agency partner relationships
Logistical marketing project management
Marketing program evaluation via analytical trending
Required Traits
- · 4 year college graduate degree preferred, but not required
- 3+ years of applicable business experience preferred
- Detailed understanding of the Direct Mail industry issues, concepts and industry trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skill (interpersonal relationship skills are a must)
- Ability to meet deadlines (internal and external)
- Advanced analytical Direct Mail industry skills (e.g., must be able to calculate response rates, be comfortable analyzing history and experience with mail planning)
- Ability to manage accounts on day-to-day basis with little direct supervision; unsupported client interaction (e.g., leading client meetings, presenting mail plans and/or test list recommendations)
- Growing independence and increased ownership of client relationship
- Functional management skills:
- Management of own workload and that of a team (superior organizational skills)
- Ability to delegate work to team member and have overall responsibility for its completion

- Support Account Team on other client requests (i.e. Advantage Analysis, Client Budgets, Variance reporting)
- Responsible for keeping Account Director informed of the general pulse of the day-to-day business
