The Marketing Strategist helps foster the big picture of our clients’ needs and works across all PARADYSZ business lines to craft solutions. We’re seeking a professional with a strong academic background who can contribute to and design effective Marketing strategies, enabling our high profile global clients to better meet their business objectives.
Working in the Marketing Strategy team entails working across all PARADYSZ business lines (Digital, Direct, Market Research, Analytics and Technology). The Marketing Strategist will provide leadership and support to insure that the business and delivery goals of strategic engagements are fully met and consistently exceed client expectations.
Typical activities will include run client meetings, analyze business issues and develop insights & action-items for client recommendations, develop quality client deliverables and manage projects. The Marketing Strategist will also be passionate about Marketing Strategy to drive thought leadership in the subject for their and our clients’ edification.
Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of client’s business needs, industry drivers and competitive dynamics at corporate and business unit levels
- Conduct analysis of multiple solution options, developing and recommending a strategic approach that meets the client’s business objectives and enables client to compete effectively
- Lead stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops and deliver presentations
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- Author various deliverables for the engagement
- Manage engagement work streams and ensure on time delivery of project deliverables
